FounderSignal

Judge path

Verify FounderSignal in 90 seconds.

A clean walkthrough for reviewers: run the agent loop, compile the Codex artifacts, generate the workspace packet, check the endpoints, and inspect the handoff.

01 Run Agent Console

Select Agent Mission, then click Run Workflow. The output should show VC, security, and growth confrontation.

02 Compile Codex Brief

Click Compile Live and inspect spec.md, schema.sql, tasks.txt, and manifest.json.

03 Apply Correction

Add a constraint like “must support tenant-level RLS” and verify the regression message updates in place.

04 Generate Workspace Packet

Create the /goal, guardrails, file targets, and acceptance checks for Codex, GPT, or a builder workspace.

05 Run Live Checks

Verify agent, goal, compiler, workspace, Vault, and cron endpoints from production.

06 Vault Handoff

Commit the corrected artifact state and confirm a session id plus content hash are generated.

What this proves

The product moves from founder intent to executable work.

FounderSignal is judged through outcome density: how quickly a vague idea becomes a repo-ready packet with architecture, database boundaries, correction memory, and implementation tasks.
